Connor Talking to Santa

We went to Paso Robles' Vine Street to look at the amazing amount of Christmas displays and entertainment. One of the houses had a phone booth with a direct line to Santa!

Reading books to the Best Dog Ever

5th Anniversary!

Chris and Jennifer, 5th Anniversary It is hard to believe that it has already been 5 years since Jennifer and I got married! So to celebrate, my parents came to babysit and we took off to Cambria and stayed at the Cambria Pines Lodge.

Monterey Bay Aquarium

We visited Leslie and Mike and they live just a few short blocks from the Aquarium (and happened to have free guest passes) so we spent a few hours looking at the fish. We avoided the petting zoo because of past incidents
Last October, the Aquarium had a great white shark in a huge tank with a viewing window two stories high. He wasn't playing nice with the other fish, so they let him go. In it's place, they filled the tank with a ton of fish large and small and have regular feedings. It was amazing! Connor stood right up against the glass and talked and yelled at the fish.
Monterey Bay Aquarium Connor looked a little concerned about the great rush of water coming their way.

Connor and Grandpa

Connor and his GrandpaConnor loves to climb the ladder on the swing set in my parent's backyard. It is amazing to think that I used to play on it as a kid and now my son is using it.

18 months (1 1/2 years) comparison

He really is changing so fast

I love her more and more each day

Buddies

Connor loves his Tahoe.

He's also working on his "smiling for the camera" skills. Tahoe is a little behind in the smiling skills department.

Our little Red Sox fan

He actually is a HUGE Padres fan (Go Padres!!!), but his Aunt Leslie and Uncle Mike got him this awesome Red Sox uniform and it doesn't hurt that they're leading the AL East.

Feet

Connor took this shot (another beauty of digital cameras).

Connor-1, Dad-0

Connor is very enthusiastic about his hugs. This particular hug was accompanied by a forehead to cheekbone collision. Ouch!!!

Smile for the camera

Tough to get three kids to smile for a picture. This was the closest we got in 10 pics.

Happy Nappy

One of Connor's naps. Normally his body laps the crib multiple times during a single nap. But he played so hard each and every day he often woke up in the same position we laid him down in!

Sea World

Took a trip to Sea World to see the Whosh (Connor-speak for fish) and the Waddles (Penguins). We almost got kicked out of the petting tank cause... uh... Apparently Connor didn't read the sign about not throwing the star fish. Jeez!
